• Operations — work order management across the building.
• Accounting — inventory, AR/AP, general ledger, budgets, and a client payment portal.
• Reporting — standard and custom reports, plus optional AI suggestions.

Platform administrators manage tenants at admin.zookahq.com. Each venue signs in on its own subdomain.
